​SERVICE  REFUNDS

- All services are absolutely non-refundable however we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge 

- It is the responisblilty of the client to contact the salon within 5 days after their initial appoitment or there will be a charge to the correctivite service

-Correctivite service can ONLY be granted if the service provider has made a mistake 

PRODUCT REFUNDS

-Any product purchased within 7 days can be exchanged/returned with the ORIGIANL reciept     and UNOPENED due to hygienic reasons

-Returns will only be issued as in-store credit, no cash returns

CANCELLATIONS

-In order to help satisfy all clients, please allow up to 24-48 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling

PRICE CHANGE

-We reservice the right to adjust any prices on services
